Return/Exchange Policy

Not 100% in love? No worries! You may return your Sculptwear within 60 days for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items (trying on over undies for fit is ok) returned in the original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer.

We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. You can request for an exchange on the same product for a different size or color or a completely new style. Once we receive your return item and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange. In case you wish to exchange with a different product, we ask that you return your item and place a new order online.

Honeylove now offers Free Shipping on all returns shipped in the U.S.

Please note that international customers will have to pay for the shipping label on returns. Customers must also pay any price difference for exchanged items.

USA customers

Step 1: Go to returns.honeylove.com to begin the process. Login using the email address used to place your order and your order number.

Step 2: From the returns portal, choose the item that you would like to return or exchange. Follow the steps, then finalize by confirming your return address, notification email address and estimated refund amount. A return shipping label will be generated for you.

Step 3: Ship the items back to us at the address below, using your own method or our pre-paid shipping label within 60 days of receiving your item.

Step 4: As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we’ll process your return and refund your original payment method, issue a credit, or ship your exchange (order confirmation will be sent)!

Please note: We cannot accept a return if your item arrives worn, or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.

International customers

Please contact us at support@honeylove.com with your order number and the email used to place the order for further directions.

As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refunds

Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made (e.g. credit card payments will be refunded directly to the same credit card). Shipping is nonrefundable. We'll provide a return label for U.S. customers. For our International customers, please arrange shipping on your own. We cannot accept a return if your item arrives worn, or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.

General Terms

Only purchases that we can verify were made from honeylove.com qualify for an exchange or refund. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund for your purchase instead of an exchange or reject a request for a refund or exchange.
