Easy returns
Not 100% in love? No problem! You have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
- U.S. orders are eligible for free standard shipping on returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for any price difference for exchanged items.
- For orders placed outside of the U.S., return postage/costs will be deducted from your refund. We do not offer exchanges on international orders at this time.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns of unworn items (trying on over undies for fit is ok) returned in the original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer.
Please note that returns are not available for the following products:

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. US customers must pay any price difference for exchanged items. International exchanges are not supported at this time.
Honeylove return portal
We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. You can request for an exchange on the same product for a different size or color or a completely new style. Once we receive your return item and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange.
Honeylove now offers Free Shipping on all returns shipped in the U.S.
Please note that international customers will have to pay for the shipping label on returns. Customers must also pay any price difference for exchanged items.
U.S. Customers
- Go to returns.honeylove.com to begin the process. Log in using the email address used to place your order and your order number.
- In the returns portal, choose the item that you would like to return or exchange. Follow the prompts and confirm your return address, notification email address, and estimated refund amount. A return shipping label will be generated for you.
- Ship the items back to us with our pre-paid shipping label or via your own shipping method (address below) within 30 days of receiving your item.
- As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we’ll process your return and refund your original payment method, issue a credit, or ship your exchange. An order confirmation will be sent.
International Customers:
- Visit our international returns portal to begin the process. Log in using the email address used to place your order and your order number. Be sure to include the # before your order number.
- In the returns portal, choose the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. Follow the prompts and a return shipping label will be generated for you.
- Ship the items back to us with the pre-paid shipping label within 30 days of receiving your item.
- As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we will process your refund!

Refunds
Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made (e.g. credit card payments will be refunded directly to the same credit card). Shipping fees are nonrefundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping; return postage costs will be directed from your refund. We cannot accept a return if your item arrives worn, or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.
General Terms
Only purchases that we can verify were made from honeylove.com qualify for an exchange or refund. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund for your purchase instead of an exchange, or reject a request for a refund or exchange.
