Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

 

The Site and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information from visitors who are under the age of 13. Information You Provide to Us

  • We may collect Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, e-mail and mailing address, phone number and password when you complete a contact form on our Site, or create or log-in to your Account, or participate in our referral program.
  • When you complete a contact form on our Site, we may collect your IP address to monitor and prevent spammers or malicious IP's from accessing our servers.
  • When you purchase Products from our Site, our payment processor will collect all the information necessary to complete the transaction, including your name, credit card information, billing information and shipping address.
  • We collect information necessary to deliver our Services and we retain such information on your behalf, such as User Content, files, and messages that you store using your Account.
  • If you provide us feedback, open a support ticket, or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.

Information Collected via Technology

Shopify Related Terms

 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Products and Services to you. Your Personal Information is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.

 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information

Our Do Not Track Policy
