Can I remove or swap out the pads, or are they built into the construction permanently?
Our bra pads are removable (not permanently built in) so you have full control over your coverage and shape. To take them out, find the small opening on the upper outer corner of each cup, just below where the strap meets the garment, and pull the pad through. To reinsert, roll the pad up, feed it back through the opening with the curve facing away from your body, and smooth it into place.
I'm used to wearing a separate underwire bra for real lift. How does the built-in wireless bra in these tops compare in terms of actual support, especially for larger cup sizes like D and above?
We designed our bra tops with premium wireless support that delivers real lift through bonding at the bust, flexible boning, and a supportive sling structure, so you get the shaping and hold you'd expect from a traditional underwire without any of the digging or discomfort. Our bra tops support through cup size DDD, meaning you won't need a separate bra underneath; the targeted construction does the heavy lifting for you. Between the molded foam cups, doubleknit compression panels, and silicone grippers that keep everything anchored, these tops are engineered to make you feel fully supported all day, not just smoothed over.
Can I wear the LiftWear Tank or Cami as a standalone top in public, or do these really look and feel more like a layering piece under clothes?
We designed our LiftWear Tank and LiftWear Cami to look and feel like polished, put-together tops you can absolutely wear on their own, not just as layering pieces. The built-in molded wireless bra supports through cup size DDD, so you get real lift and shaping without needing anything underneath, and the targeted X compression panels smooth your back and tummy while the rest of the fabric releases for all-day comfort. Whether you're running errands, heading to dinner, or just want a bra top that does more for you, these are built to stand on their own.
How do I choose between the Tank and the Cami version of the LiftWear? Is it just a neckline and strap preference, or do they fit and feel different through the torso?
Both the LiftWear Tank and LiftWear Cami share the same built-in wireless bra, the same targeted X compression with doubleknit panels through the back and tummy, and the same silicone gripper at the hem to keep everything anchored. The real difference comes down to neckline, strap style, and how you plan to wear it: the Tank has a classic tank silhouette with fixed straps, while the Cami offers adjustable straps so you can customize your fit and get a slightly more versatile layering piece. Through the torso, the shaping and support feel the same, so it's really about which neckline works best under (or as) your outfit.
The descriptions mention "targeted compression" and doubleknit panels. Does that mean these feel like shapewear, or can I comfortably wear one all day without feeling squeezed or overheated?
We designed our bra tops so you'd actually want to keep them on all day, not count down the minutes until you can take them off. The targeted compression and doubleknit panels are strategically placed only at the back and tummy to smooth and shape where you want it, then the fabric releases everywhere else so you're never locked into that all-over squeezed feeling. It's sculpting with intention, not compression for compression's sake, which means you get a polished silhouette that genuinely feels comfortable from morning to night.
