HONEYLOVE SCULPTWEAR, INC. WEDDING CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

THE HONEYLOVE SCULPTWEAR, INC. ("HONEYLOVE" OR "SPONSOR") WEDDING CONTEST ("CONTEST") IS A SKILL CONTEST. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST BE (1) GETTING MARRIED WITHIN THE NEXT TWELVE (12) MONTHS, (2) A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, (3) LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES, AND (4) EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By submitting an Entry (defined below) you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and all other applicable laws and regulations. You also fully and unconditionally agree to Sponsor's selection of winners and other decisions related to the Contest, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY.

The Contest is open to people who are:

Getting married within twelve (12) months of submitting an Entry;
Legal residents of the United States;
Located in the United States; and
Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submitting an Entry.

Sponsor's employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

HOW TO ENTER.

To enter the Contest, please complete the following steps:

Visit https://form.typeform.com/to/iUf3Kn4e?typeform-source=honeylove.typeform.com (the "Website");
Complete the entry form by including (i) the story of how you and your fiancee met, (ii) the date, location, and number of guests attending your wedding, and (iii) any other information requested in the form (collectively, the "Entry"); and
Follow any other instructions listed on the Website.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, or Entries not received, regardless of cause.

CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD.

The Contest begins on September 23, 2025, at 12:00 AM eastern and ends on September 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM eastern ("Contest Period"). The Contest may be terminated before or extended beyond the Contest Period, at any time and for any reason, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will publish notice of any termination or extension on the Website at least thirty (30) days in advance of the change.

REQUIRED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES.

By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that:

Your Entry is your own original work or you have all the rights necessary to use the content contained therein. Your Entry has not previously been submitted, workshopped, published, or developed in any manner or to any person. Your Entry does not contain any material that violates or infringes the rights of any person or entity, including without limitation copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, moral rights, or the rights of privacy and publicity.
You have the express written consent of any identifiable person appearing or referenced in your Entry to use that person's name, image, voice, likeness, and any other identifying characteristics ("Likeness") in any way contemplated by these Official Rules. This includes, but is not limited to, the express written consent for Sponsor to use the Likeness, without restriction, for commercial and advertising purposes. If any person appearing in any Entry is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor requires the written consent and signature of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Entry is appropriate for public viewing. Without limiting the foregoing, your Entry is not lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, threatening or offensive and does not otherwise contain content that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or objectionable. Your Entry does not disparage or cast a negative light on any person, entity, brand, product or service.
Your Entry complies with these Official Rules, Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and all other applicable laws or regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude any Entry from the Contest if it believes the Entry violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

By submitting an Entry, you agree to:

Assign to Sponsor all right, title, and interest in and to your Entry, including without limitation the right to use, exploit, copy, modify, adapt, edit, license and sublicense, publish and display the Entry in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, commercial and advertising purposes;
Transfer to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in your Entry, including without limitation copyrights, trademark rights, and patent rights;
Grant Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicensable, and freely transferable right to use any and all Likenesses (including your own Likeness) contained in the Entry in any form, manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, commercial and advertising purposes;
Waive any moral rights you may have in any Entry in favor of Sponsor; and
Complete any paperwork necessary to effectuate (1)-(4).

WINNER SELECTION.

A panel of three (3) judges, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will choose winners on a rolling basis during the Contest Entry Period. The judges will be selected from Sponsor's executive and marketing teams. Unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, the judges will evaluate the Entries based on the following criteria, weighted as follows:

How heartwarming and/or moving is your story (15%);
How unique and/or original is your story (15%);
How well executed is your written submission (15%);
How compatible is your story with Sponsor's brand (27.5%); and
Is the timing of your wedding compatible with Sponsor's promotional goals (27.5%).

Sponsor intends to select one winner per month during the Contest Period, starting in October 2025. For your Entry to be considered in any given month, you must submit the Entry by the 1st of that month. If your Entry is not selected in the month in which it was submitted, it will be held and considered in subsequent months of the Contest Period. Odds of winning are dependent on how many eligible Entries are received in any month. If the judges determine that no eligible Entries were received in any month, Sponsor need not select a winner in that month.

PRIZES.

Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, and unless otherwise stated by Sponsor, the following prizes will be awarded to each winner ("Prize"):

A free Honeylove garment for up to fifty (50) of your wedding guests (one garment per guest) with a maximum retail value of $129 per garment (retail value = $6,450)**;
*PLEASE NOTE that, due to state law, if you reside in Florida or New York, this prize will be limited to a free Honeylove garment for up to thirty (30) of your wedding guests (one garment per guest) with a maximum retail value of $129 per garment (retail value = $3,870);
*PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WEDDING GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING;
A consultation for you with a Honeylove stylist to determine which Honeylove products will best complement your wedding wardrobe (retail value = $100); and
Three to five (3-5) free Honeylove garments for you identified during your stylist consultation (retail value = $645).

All Prizes are awarded "AS IS." Sponsor does not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Contest or any Prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a Prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, and have no cash redemption value. Prize winners may be required to show a valid photo identification, valid driver's license, or other acceptable government-issued identification to verify identity and redeem the Prize. The winner is solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes on Prizes. Prizes are limited to one (1) per person and per household.

WINNER NOTIFICATION.

Once per month during the Contest Period, starting in October 2025, a potential winner will be notified via email or phone call. Such winner will be required to respond to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours to accept the Prize. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the notification. Failure to respond in a timely fashion or timely return any required documents may result in Prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes of email address or telephone number.

NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION.

By submitting an Entry, you agree to the following:

You release and forever discharge Sponsor (and its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and waive and relinquish, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature (including personal injury, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or relates directly or indirectly to, this Contest or any Prize. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."
You agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor (and its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of this Contest, any Prize, your breach of these Official Rules, your negligence or your misconduct. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without our prior written consent. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED $1,000. THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIM WILL NOT ENLARGE THIS LIMIT.
You agree to be bound by the Dispute Resolution Agreement included as Appendix 1 to Sponsor's Terms of Service (https://www.honeylove.com/pages/terms-of-service). All disputes with Sponsor arising from the Contest or any Prize will be resolved in accordance with this Dispute Resolution Agreement. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION PROVISION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE.

FRAUD, MISCONDUCT OR TAMPERING.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, misconduct, tampering, technical failure, or any other act or omission that destroys or could destroy the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

SEVERABILITY.

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW.

These Official Rules are governed by US law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof.
