After hearing that many customers exclusively wear underwire bras even though they don't like the way they feel, we started ideating how to make underwire better.
INVENTING A NEW UNDERWIRE
We pinpointed the most common complaints — wire poking and breast restriction — and used wire cushioning and wire shape to solve them.
TWO FULL YEARS OF TESTING
Hard problems take time to solve. We had to balance wire cushioning with keeping the pad thin to get the perfect smooth silhouette.
THE BREAKTHROUGH
After dozens of prototypes, we got feedback from wireless bra lovers that they would actually wear our new underwire bra everyday. And when our wear testers asked to buy their samples, we knew we were onto something.
