Step into the SuperPower Mid-Waist Brief one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion. Pull the briefs up towards your hips. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your waist line, a perfect fit should feel comfortably snug. Click here for a video tutorial. Hot tip: Only pull from the top of the garment not the mesh.

There are 2 main differences, the SuperPower Mid-Waist Brief offers moderate compression and sits at the natural waist line whereas the SuperPower Brief offers strong compression and sits below the bra line.
