An adjustable gusset lets you customize your fit and makes it easy to use the restroom. Silicone gripper on the brief prevents wedgies without digging in.

Absolutely! To remove, just pull the cups out from the opening at the top. To reinsert them, roll them up like a burrito, tuck them into the pocket, and smooth them out from the inside to get them into place.
