Step into the SuperPower Short one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion. Pull the shorts up towards your hips. If the legs are dragging, pull up the inner thigh by hooking your thumb through the open gusset pulling the leg up from the inside — no need to tug on the mesh. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your bra line for a perfect fit. If it feels a little snug, that's ok (it's meant to be a compressive garment), but if it feels more intense than a firm hug, you may need to size up. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
Our SuperPower Short has an open gusset with two panels that overlap for modesty, but can be opened when using the restroom. They are lined with 100% cotton and feel like a regular panty when wearing.
The ideal method to care for your SuperPower Short is by handwashing and air drying. If that doesn't work for you, don't worry! We’ve included a complimentary washbag with your order. Simply place your garment in the washbag and toss it on a delicate cycle with cold water and similar colors. Always remember to air dry.

They can come in handy if you have an especially long torso and need to add a bit of length in the front or back or just want that extra level of security. However, the straps are entirely optional, as the garment is designed to stay up on its own without the use of straps thanks to flexible boning hidden in the side seams.
