- Step into the SuperPower Brief one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion. Do not tug on the mesh. Pull the shorts up towards your hips. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your bra line for a perfect fit. If it feels a little snug, that's ok (it's meant to be a compressive garment), but if it feels more intense than a firm hug, you may need to size up. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
