After hearing that many customers exclusively wear underwire bras even though they don't like the way they feel, we started ideating how to make underwire better.
INVENTING A NEW UNDERWIRE
We pinpointed the most common complaints — wire poking and breast restriction — and used wire cushioning and wire shape to solve them.
TWO FULL YEARS OF TESTING
Hard problems take time to solve. We had to balance wire cushioning with keeping the pad thin to get the perfect smooth silhouette.

To reinsert them, roll them up like a burrito, tuck them into the pocket, and smooth them out from the inside to get them into place.
