Step into the MeshSculpt High Waist Short one leg at a time. It's easier to pull up if you fold the waistband a bit and grab by the rolled portion. Pull the shorts up towards your hips. If the legs are dragging, pull up the inner thigh by hooking your thumb through the open gusset pulling the leg up from the inside — no need to tug on the mesh. Finish by pulling the waistband up to your bra line for a perfect fit. If it feels a little snug, that's ok (it's meant to be a compressive garment), but if it feels more intense than a firm hug, you may need to size up. Click here for a video tutorial.

Our MeshSculpt High-Waist Short has an open gusset with two panels that overlap for modesty, but can be opened when using the restroom.
