We designed our molded foam cups to hold their shape and lift through regular wear, and they'll stay that way as long as you care for them properly. Toss them in the wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, skip the dryer entirely, and lay them flat with the cups facing up to air dry so the foam keeps its structure. Once they're fully dry, gently reshape the cups with your fingers if needed, and they'll be ready to give you that same supportive lift every time.
I'm between a C and D cup. Do the molded foam cups run true to size, or should I size up or down for the best lift without spillover?
