More about Honeylove convertible bras

How many strap configurations can I actually get out of the convertible straps, and can these do halter, one-shoulder, and fully strapless, or just standard and racerback?

Our convertible bras give you two key configurations: standard over-the-shoulder and crisscross racerback. Styles like the CrossOver, Silhouette, CloudEmbrace, and CrossFlex Activity Bra all feature adjustable straps that detach and reattach so you can cross them in the back for a secure racerback fit that disappears under tanks and sleeveless tops. They're not engineered for halter, one-shoulder, or fully strapless wear, but the racerback option paired with smoothing wings and wireless support covers the necklines most of us reach for day to day.

If I'm buying this specifically to wear with off-the-shoulder and strapless tops, which of these bras stays put best without straps, or do I need a different style for that?

Our convertible bras are designed with adjustable straps you can reconfigure for different necklines, but we don't currently offer a dedicated strapless bra in our lineup. For off-the-shoulder and strapless tops, your best bet from this collection is a style like the CrossOver Bra or Silhouette Bra, where you can cross the straps in back for a racerback configuration that tucks neatly under wider necklines. If you need a fully strapless option, we'd recommend keeping an eye on our new releases, but for now, the convertible strap configurations give you the most flexibility to work with a range of tops.

I'm between two sizes based on the size chart. Do these convertible bras run true to size, or should I size up or down given the four-way stretch fabric?

Our convertible bras generally run true to size, but if you're landing between two sizes on the chart, we'd recommend trying the larger size first. The four-way stretch fabric in styles like the CrossOver and CrossOver V-Neck will naturally mold to your shape, so sizing up gives you a comfortable starting point while the adjustable straps and hook-and-eye closure let you dial in the fit from there. If you're still unsure, our sizing tool on each product page can help narrow it down, and our 30-day returns make it easy to exchange if your first pick isn't quite right.

How do the smoothing wings compare across these styles, and are some noticeably wider or more compressive than others for eliminating back and side lines under fitted clothing?

Every bra in our convertible collection features smoothing wings, but the width and construction do vary by style. Our CrossOver Contour Bra, for example, is designed with wider smoothing wings for an especially seamless silhouette under fitted tops, while the Silhouette Bra uses a raw-cut, seamless construction that prioritizes invisibility alongside its smoothing effect. We'd recommend checking the product details for each style to find the wing coverage that best matches the necklines and fits you wear most.
