Refund Policy

Not 100% in love? No worries! You may return your Sculptwear within 30 days for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items (trying on over undies for fit is ok) returned in the original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damages and scents by the customer.

 

Please note we are not able to process exchanges across styles (SuperPower Short, SuperPower Brief, Queen Brief) via the online portal (https://returns.honeylove.com/) at this time. You can directly make exchanges for a new size or a different color of the style you purchased. If you would like to try a new style, please contact us directly at support@honeylove.com and we can process the exchange for you!

 

USA customers

 

Step 1: Go to returns.honeylove.com to begin the process. Either enter the email address used to place your order -  instructions for returning or exchanging your item will be emailed to you. Or, begin the process immediately if know your order number and shipping address zip code.

 

Step 2: From the returns portal, click on the Sculptwear image to select your return reason. Follow the steps, then finalize by confirming your return address, notification email address and estimated refund amount. Hover over the red box to download the pre-paid shipping label.  

 

Step 3: Simply pack and ship the garment back to us.

 

Step 4: As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange (order confirmation will be sent)!

 

Please note: We cannot accept a return if your item arrives worn, or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.

 

International customers

Please contact us at support@honeylove.com with your order number and the email used to place the order for further directions.

 

As soon as our team confirms that the item was received in like-new condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made (e.g. credit card payments will be refunded directly to the same credit card). Shipping is nonrefundable. We'll provide a return label for U.S. customers, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. For our International customers, please arrange shipping on your own. We cannot accept a return if your item arrives worn, or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.

 

General Terms

 

Only purchases that we can verify were made from honeylove.com qualify for an exchange or refund. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund for your purchase instead of an exchange or reject a request for a refund or exchange.
