Honeylove Returns

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For returns outside of the U.S., return postage and associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be in their original condition with hang tags and liners intact. Final sale items are not returnable.

Honeylove Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for orders originating outside of the U.S. For international orders, return postage and associated costs will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

We gladly accept returns for unworn items. Feel free to try on your garment over undies and make sure it fits. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with attached tags and liners, and be free from any damage or scents.

Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with hang tags and liners intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage, or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns for the following products:

  • Underwear
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates bag
  • Package protection
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items not purchased on Honeylove.com (for purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase)

Initiating a Return

  1. Step 1: Click here to start a return from outside of the U.S. and follow the prompts. Make sure you have your order number ready, and ensure all items are in original condition with hang tags and liners intact.

  2. Step 2: Once your return has been created, attach the label to your return package and drop off at the corresponding shipping partner location, or schedule a pickup.

  3. Step 3: You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.
